Patient Care Experience

We are committed to improving patient care
Just as communication between doctor and patient is important, so is communication between patient and hospital. That is why we routinely ask patients and their families to provide us with information concerning their experiences. After you are discharged you may receive a satisfaction survey. We value your opinions and hope that you will answer the survey.

If, at any time during your care experience, you feel we have not met your expectations, we want to hear from you immediately—either by phone, in writing, or in person.
